By participating in the NedsDag’s Weekly Giveaway (“Giveaway”), each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of NedsDag’s Bargain Outlet (“NedsDag’s” or “Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

1. Eligibility

The NedsDag’s Weekly Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Florida who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entrants may be required to provide a valid government-issued photo identification showing proof of age and identity before receiving a prize.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, immediate family members, and household members of NedsDag’s Bargain Outlet may not participate unless otherwise expressly permitted in writing by the Sponsor.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, donation, or other financial consideration is required to enter or win.

Making a purchase from NedsDag’s Bargain Outlet will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning.

Eligible customers may enter by completing the official NedsDag’s Weekly Giveaway entry form online or through another free entry method made available by NedsDag’s.

Florida law prohibits retailers operating qualifying game promotions from requiring an entry fee, payment, or proof of purchase as a condition of entry.

3. How to Enter

To enter:

  1. Fill out the official Giveaway Form.
  2. Submit all required information accurately and completely.
  3. Receive confirmation of your Giveaway entry.

Unless otherwise stated for a particular promotion, entries are limited to one entry per person per weekly drawing.

Automated entries, duplicate entries, fraudulent entries, incomplete submissions, or entries submitted using false information may be disqualified.

NedsDag’s reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any entrant.

4. Giveaway Period

Each Weekly Giveaway will begin and end on the dates and times announced by NedsDag’s.

The applicable entry deadline and drawing date will be displayed on the Giveaway webpage, entry form, social-media announcement, or other promotional materials.

Entries received after the applicable deadline may be entered into a subsequent drawing when expressly stated or may otherwise be considered ineligible for that drawing.

5. Prizes

Prizes may vary from week to week and may include, but are not limited to:

  • Mattresses
  • Beds or bed frames
  • Furniture
  • Televisions
  • Washers or dryers
  • Refrigerators
  • Appliances
  • Gift baskets
  • Home goods
  • Electronics
  • NedsDag’s merchandise
  • Gift cards
  • Other household merchandise

Prize photographs used in promotional materials may be representative. The actual brand, model, size, color, condition, specifications, or features of a prize may vary.

NedsDag’s reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater approximate retail value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Prizes have no cash value unless NedsDag’s expressly states otherwise and may not be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection

Potential winners will be selected through a random drawing from eligible entries received during the applicable Giveaway period.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

The drawing will be conducted by NedsDag’s or its authorized representative.

NedsDag’s will not manipulate, predetermine, or unfairly influence the selection of a winner.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winners may be contacted using the:

  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Text message information
  • Social-media contact information

provided with their entry.

Entrants are responsible for submitting accurate contact information.

A potential winner may be required to respond within the timeframe specified in the notification.

If a selected winner:

  • Cannot be contacted;
  • Fails to respond within the required timeframe;
  • Cannot verify eligibility;
  • Is under 21;
  • Provided inaccurate information; or
  • Refuses or fails to claim the prize;

NedsDag’s may disqualify that individual and randomly select an alternate winner.

8. Prize Claim Requirements

Winners must be 21 years of age or older and may be required to:

  • Present valid government-issued identification;
  • Sign a prize acknowledgment or receipt;
  • Sign an eligibility declaration;
  • Complete applicable tax documentation;
  • Sign a publicity or media release where legally permitted; and
  • Pick up the prize within the announced claim period.

Unless otherwise stated, prizes must be claimed within 7 calendar days after notification.

Transportation, loading, delivery, installation, assembly, or removal of an old product is not included unless specifically identified as part of the prize.

9. Taxes and Other Costs

Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with accepting a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise required by law.

Any costs not specifically identified as part of the advertised prize are the winner’s responsibility.

10. Promotional Photography and Winner Announcements

Where legally permitted and with any required authorization, NedsDag’s may ask winners to participate in photographs, videos, social-media posts, testimonials, or winner announcements.

Winner content may be used on:

  • NedsDag’s website
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • Email marketing
  • Digital advertisements
  • In-store displays
  • Other NedsDag’s promotional materials

Where consent is legally required, participation in promotional photography or publicity will be handled through an appropriate release.

11. Personal Information and Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be handled according to the NedsDag’s Privacy Policy.

Information may be used to:

  • Administer the Giveaway;
  • Verify eligibility;
  • Contact winners;
  • Prevent fraud;
  • Maintain required records; and
  • Respond to customer inquiries.

Consent to receive promotional email or SMS marketing should be obtained separately where required.

Participants may request access to or deletion of eligible personal information according to the procedures contained in the NedsDag’s Privacy Policy.

12. Disqualification

NedsDag’s may disqualify an entrant who:

  • Attempts to enter multiple times contrary to the rules;
  • Uses false or misleading information;
  • Attempts to manipulate the drawing;
  • Uses automated entry systems;
  • Interferes with the Giveaway;
  • Engages in fraud;
  • Harasses employees or other participants; or
  • Otherwise violates these Official Rules.

NedsDag’s will apply eligibility requirements consistently and will not arbitrarily remove otherwise valid entries.

13. Modification, Suspension or Technical Issues

If fraud, technical problems, system failures, unauthorized interference, or circumstances outside NedsDag’s reasonable control affect the integrity of a promotion, NedsDag’s may take reasonable steps permitted by law to protect participants and preserve the fairness of the Giveaway.

Any material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants release NedsDag’s Bargain Outlet and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, vendors, and representatives from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of a prize, except where such liability cannot legally be waived.

NedsDag’s makes no additional warranty regarding merchandise awarded as a prize except for any warranty expressly provided with the product.

15. Facebook, Instagram and Social Media Disclaimer

If the Giveaway is promoted through Facebook, Instagram, or another social-media platform, the promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social-media platform, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Entrants release those platforms from responsibility relating to the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.

16. Official Rules

Participation constitutes the entrant’s agreement to these Official Rules.

NedsDag’s may publish additional prize-specific conditions for individual weekly promotions. If prize-specific terms conflict with these general rules, the specific terms displayed for that Giveaway will apply to the extent permitted by law.

17. Weekly Entry Requirement

A new entry must be submitted each week to be eligible for that week’s drawing. Entries do not automatically carry over to future weekly drawings.

The weekly entry period opens every Monday at 8:00 AM and closes every Friday at 11:00 PM.

Eligible entries received during that weekly entry period will be included in the corresponding drawing, which will take place on Saturday or Sunday.

To remain eligible for future weekly giveaways, participants must return and submit a new entry during each new weekly entry period.

18. Prize Pickup Requirement

Winners must pick up their prize within 5 calendar days of being notified.

If a winner fails to pick up or claim their prize within the 5-day period, the prize will be forfeited and returned to the giveaway pool for a future drawing or awarded to another eligible contestant at NedsDag’s discretion.

Failure to claim a prize within the required timeframe will result in the winner losing all rights to that prize.

19. Prize Warranty, Return & Replacement Disclaimer

All products awarded through the NedsDag’s Weekly Giveaway are provided “AS IS.” NedsDag’s does not provide any store warranty, extended warranty, guarantee, repair coverage, return, exchange, or replacement for giveaway prizes.

All giveaway prizes are final. Winning products cannot be returned, exchanged, substituted, or replaced with another product, and they cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit, or another item.

Any manufacturer warranty that may apply, if available, is subject solely to the manufacturer’s terms and is not guaranteed or administered by NedsDag’s.
