These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your interaction, purchase, and participation with Nedsdag’s Bargain Outlet, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”). By shopping with us, making a purchase, or requesting services, you agree to the following:
1. Product Availability and Pricing
- All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Inventory changes daily.
- Prices are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations.
- We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities on certain items or promotions at our discretion.
2. All Sales Are Final
- All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of sale.
- We do not offer cash refunds.
- Store credit may be offered only under approved circumstances and must be used within 30 days.
3. Warranties
- Warranty coverage (if any) is specified at the time of sale and may vary based on the item.
- Most appliances are covered under a 30-day limited warranty through the supplier or store.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, cosmetic damage, water damage, or improper installation.
- Buyer is responsible for warranty claims after purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Layaway Policy
- A minimum deposit is required to initiate a layaway. This deposit is non-refundable.
- Payments must be made every 2 weeks or as agreed.
- Items not paid in full by the agreed time frame will be returned to inventory and all payments forfeited.
- Layaway must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.
5. Delivery Policy
- Delivery fees are quoted separately and must be paid in full prior to scheduling.
- Deliveries are curbside unless otherwise arranged.
- Customers must inspect items upon delivery. Any concerns must be addressed immediately.
- Missed or rescheduled deliveries may incur additional fees.
6. Pickup Policy
- Customers are responsible for securing and transporting merchandise picked up in-store.
- We are not liable for damage incurred during customer loading, transport, or unloading.
- Pickup must occur within 7 days of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. After 7 days, storage fees may apply.
7. Returns and Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges except under extenuating circumstances authorized by management.
- Any approved return must be accompanied by the original receipt and completed within 7 days of purchase.
- Restocking fees may apply.
8. Promotions, Games & Discounts
- All promotional games (e.g., Spin the Wheel, Shoot Your Shot) are subject to rules set by management.
- Discounts won through promotions must be used the same day and apply to qualifying items only.
- Promotions may not be combined unless specifically stated.
9. Liability Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from improper use, installation, or handling of purchased items.
- Customers assume full responsibility once items are in their possession or control.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in-store or on our website. Continued purchases or engagement with our business means you accept the revised terms.
